As far as I know, both of their wintered dropped after the change was implemented.
Now, I don't know of this was on purpose or not, but if not, is riot looking to give them any buffs or changes to buff their win rates back to pre change levels?

Flaherty1 votesExcept all you needed was Trinity Force, Infinity Edge and Essence Reaver and boom you had 40% cdr and 60% crit. Now you lose 20% of that crit and get 10% more cdr which is useless because 40% is the maximum you can get.

gangplank doesnt need any buffs from the look of it. hes doing really well.
