The Fiora Rework

It solved many problems the old Fiora had. Now she actually has to time her abilities and doesn't have to mindlessly splat her keyboard and get a pentakill. Her old ult was bullshit and EVERYONE knows it ( The fact that it applied on hit effects and she became untargetable was bs) and now offers counter play. Yes the fact of percent health true damage looks scary, you all forget that Fiora is a champ that is easy to kite (And she doesn't kite you, unlike the other percent health true damage dealer), and now she lost her bonus move speed on her E and her Q lost range, so I can see that Jannas, Namis , Ashes and many others can make life hell for her. He reworks looks good riot, but please for the love of god, buff her splash art. You showed us recently so many good splash arts ( Captain MF, the GP, OFTL Irelia, KO Lee,etc) please buff that and it will be grand.
