Playing Against Shaco This Patch is Irritating

Just from my experience this patch, the new AD items are making shaco very powerful. I wouldn't go so far as to call it super overpowered and in need of immediate attention, but I`m just stating my observations. I played a game against a shaco a few days ago. He had:

Dark Harvest, Stormrazers, Duskblade, Trin Force, Titanic Hydra, GA.

And damn was it powerful. When you combine the proc from dark harvest, the proc from stormrazers, duskblade passive, trin force proc, and titanic active, the damage gets absolutely incredible. Im not overreacting when I say that he would appear behind someone and kill them so quickly there was no way to react. I remember dying in 0.31 seconds to him playing Swain (who I do not build super squishy, lots of health items). Now, Im not saying that he is impossible to deal with, because he isn't, but it isn't fun when you are basically worthless in teamfights because an enemy you cannot see can kill you before you have time to even blink.
