Why is Fiora lacking visual clarity?

Was just laning against a Fiora... I had to watch the replay to try to understand what's going on.

First of all...I don't remember seeing the indicator that I'm seeing in the replay...it was much more confusing than that. Second of all...there are no debuffs on her opponents and not on herself indicating the number of vitals that have been struck.

Even seeing the indicator in the replay, I don't understand what it's trying to tell me, it literally makes no sense at all. Why isn't it like Braum's indicator? And why does it keep disappearing?

I can understand that perhaps Tiamat is way too powerful on Fiora and maybe she needs the balance change so that Tiamat doesn't work to speed up her slaying of her opponents...but what I don't get is why the information about how many vitals she's struck is obfuscated.

This is a ton of true damage as well...and I don't understand why it jumps up and down. The percentage...why is it so high anyway? And on top of all that damage she can heal not only herself but allies for the same amount? What the heck is she? A Support? Her ultimate heals her for as much as Rammus' ultimate deals damage? How does that make any sense when on top of that she does absolutely insane amounts of damage with it too?

I thought it was her using her ultimate on me that was getting me killed and I was only partially correct...she also needed her Tiamat...I guess? Which is not even expensive. I was dominating her until she managed to buy that and then the game kind of just ended after that.

I think players shouldn't lose games just because they don't understand the enemy champion. They should have a way in the game to learn how the enemy champion works so why we don't have debuff indicators for vitals struck just baffles me.

Just feels bad when you realize you literally have to buy the champion to understand how they work because you know they're not going to be free to play any time soon.
