Udyr patch 6.7

I have been thinking about picking up udyr for a while, but since he got slightly nerfed in patch 6.7 i don't know if i should still get him or if i should just save up for a different champion. Basically my question is, is he still a good jungler? especially in very low elo. (I'm not even ranked yet)
