Fiora really needs a buff.

She is far too weak as of a result of over nerfing. As Riot always does they nerfed the champion without nerfing the item that made them strong, then they nerfed the item and left the champion in the dumpster. In this case Riot's genius idea of making Titanic Hydra made tank fiora super busted then Riot repeatedly nerfed AD Fiora(the balanced one) then when they finally nerfed the thing that made Tank Fiora op(Titanic) they completely left AD Fiora in a severely weakened state. She is currently sitting at a low win/ban/and pick rate, all 3 things showing she is indeed weak.

Why is this being downvoted? Sorry a weak champion that was overnerfed could use some love.

She is still a well-scaling champion. Additionally, the Black Cleaver buffs helped her a bit. Maybe she is not on the better side of the champions, but she is still viable when played well

Buffs? the damage on it being lowered is not a buff, how does that benefit her? Explain how? Why would a scaling champ, as you put it care about a few hundred gold? So no, another nerf. And she would be fine if she wasn't over nerfed but she was. Riot nerfed what was not broken, then nerfed what was(which was the itemization) not the champ herself. They claim they want her to be a fighter not a tank, yet the nerf the fighter and left the tank until the very end which was only allowed to exist, again, because of a stupid item Riot made. And no, even if you play her right there is a point where it really doesn't matter. Which is literally the whole time until max level, and then shes really only impressive in 1v1's not even team fights.

Black Cleaver is way more gold efficient, so she can get other powerspikes earlier. Additionally I think that the Tiamat changes were good for her.

I agree with you that the latest nerf were too harsh. But additionally she should not be a good teamfight champion, she is a duelist and a splitpush champion

Yes but when she really only shines late game and late mostly only team fights happen. You see the conundrum right?

because she should create pressure on the side lanes during the late game. And her teamfighting can be okay, it is comparable to an assassin. She can shutdown a carry or at least create her ult-zone to help her team - that she was designed for. It clearly depends on your playstyle, and I believe that she just needs a coordinated team. Yep, she is not a candidate for a teamfight-comp, but she does insanely well in a 1-3-1 scenario.

She will never be balanced because she has the most single cheesy block in the game. Riposte. Damn thing could block everything. ultis to CC & even spells. that is very bad game design.

So yes.. she needs changes.
