New Malz = Dominance.
Just figured I'd go mess around with him in a custom game and what I took away from it is....
E + W is basically a free kill on a squishy mage like Lux at level 2+. Nothing else needed.
Solo drag with ROA and Morell at level 10 and lose 400ish hp.
Passive makes CC look like it doesn't exist, you now at least have some relevance ganking and protection against being ganked.
In other words, you're now the most OP mage on the board. Maybe not, I haven't tried Brand yet, that's next.
