I'm just fed up with it. I don't blame 3+ queues for my losses or anything stupid like that, but I stopped playing normals years back because I didn't want to play with 3+ people who were queued together; nothing is more toxic than 3+ people who are all "trying new things out" and think it's ok because they're the majority of your team. Or 3+ people who just won't believe that they aren't absolutely flawless LCS players that make mistakes and take their frustrations of each other out on the people who didn't queue up with them before the game started.

It's just disgusting. If I wanted an environment where I could play with anyone between bronze 5 and gold 1 on my team I'd play normals, I don't because I want a competitive match made game. I don't want to watch people lose their lane or jungle 2 minutes in. I don't want to see people go straight crybaby and completely stop trying because the scores 2-12.

Fix your god damn queues riot. This is ridiculous. You can keep punting the can down the road but you've failed massively this season at any logical sense of competitive play.

I'm tired of babysitting, I'm tired of being the only person actually trying, fix your shit. If you're so worried that solo queue will kill dynamic queue admit that 4 man queues are stupid and tell them to find a 5th and make a 2-3-5 man dynamic queue and let solo queue come out. The only holdup to anything is the fact you let quad queues exist, and I promise you that if you look at the stats behind those games every single one of them has multiple reports from one side or the other. Whoever is losing has 4 people reporting one ALWAYS because it's never their fault they're losing.

Holy christ how can you mess something up this bad and just let it go on for so damn long? You've screwed up before and it took months to fix things but never has the quality of game play been this damn low for this long. If you try to copy other games and do it poorly all it does is push people to play the games that you're copying because they do it right.

edit: I thought to myself, maybe this is exaggerated and I'm blowing it out of proportion I'll try to queue at night instead. Nope. Not at all. Your premade bullshit makes this unbearable riot and I hope you alienate all of your solo queuers to a point that you just fail completely to retain a playerbase.

edit 2: I took the picture out because people completely missed the point and just started talking about a teemo game where I was 4/9/4 on a team that had a SEJ that AFK'd for 10+ minutes and a duo support bot lane. Yes, thank you great league forum, this entire thread was about how bad I am at teemo and how I shouldn't play anyway because I'm so shitty. You're so right. None of the 5 paragraphs that existed before the picture is what the thread was about, the anecdotal picture proof was. I'm sorry for doubting you or thinking otherwise.

Sure thing, bud. Apparently blaming the system is what people do now when they're stuck in Silver. Teemo with Storm's Surge and and he's crying about premades holding him back. Cause it's TOTALLY them doing it.

It's bad, and yes I want solo q back. Riot tried to hard to make dynamic really good and trashed the solo q so people could "test" dynamic. The only good thing that came from dynamic is spread out banning. Otherwise, not so much.

There's absolutely no reason for people to want to queue with more than one person just for the sake of having more people. That's what normals are for. Fun. Playing with your friends.

There should be a dynamic queue with 2, 3, and 5 man pre-mades allowed, and voice chat should be enabled specifically for this queue. (not normals, not solo queue). This is to make it so 2+3 groups have potential to communicate against a 5 man pre-made. Due to the groups, toxicity would likely be limited. Tracking toxicity for this is simple. Have the game record the voice chat during the game. If no reports occur, its deleted after everyone leaves post-game to prevent Riot having to sift through possibly millions of audio files. Reports with a description will automatically tag that file (and game recording, if intentional feeding/assisting was checked because honestly Rioters should be looking at games so they can actually punish people who assist the enemy team) for a rioter to review later.

4 man queues are something that should not be allowed in ranked, as the OP states. In the large majority of cases its causing frustration somewhere in the game. Either the premade is garbage with one decent player, they're all toxic as hell, or the ENEMY team is having a terrible time since their communication is not on par and its completely out of their hands. Even matches with little-to-no toxicity are rare when it comes to 4 man pre-mades.

The current iteration of Dynamic Queue just made ranked another normal queue. MMR is used for match-making still, but it does not accurately reflect your actual ability to play the game at all.

I agree 4 man groups specifically are the worst part about the queue. 5 mans are fine bc they will mostly get matched against other 5's supposedly. 2s and 3s are also ok bc they will be matched with another 2 or 3 and play vs. 2s and 3s.

4 man are fucking toxic. I've had multiple games where the 4 man just ff's out of no where just to troll the 5th solo player for whatever reason, either because they don't like them or just to troll. This shit happened where I had a bad early game, then through mid and into late game i play much better and we take the lead. When I was misplaying early on i got harassed. Then i manage to turn my lane around and get close to a victory and the 4 man ff out of nowhere just to troll me.

the other thing is 4 mans keep solo Q from existing. The 4 mans would never be able to find a 5th if solo Q came out, all the solo's would just go do that and have actually competitive games (not that all dynamic q games aren't competitive, but there are a large amount of troll games).

just leave dynamic Q for 2's and 3's, match 2s and 3s together. And then have 5s, who get matched with only 5s. Solos can go to solo Q

Same deal here, I went 2 or 3 years without playing a solo queue normal game, and I'm a pretty damn casual player in-game. Playing random crap, off meta all the time, rarely rage anymore, etc. I cannot bear playing with 4-man premades at all. I'll probably just AFK the next time I get a toxic one because I've suffered several month-long breaks from league in the past due to them sapping my will to play at all.

What gets me is that solo queue has been in the game since ranked was conceived. The only thing plaguing it as far as I remember was duos being prevalent.

I play with quad ques all the time and I don't get reported. Try not being toxic.

also I know a challenger and even that high people lose their lane in 2 minutes.

It never gets better and it isn't dynamic ques fault.
