You gutted devourer and now you made it broken? K

Warwick was the least of our problems. Having something on hit that does massive damage is the real problem. item 3715 was completely changed because of the fact. Shyvana got nerfed for no reason and it affected her top lane and other build paths. But oh well riot knows best they want Kayle TwistedFate MasterYi to be allowed to be totally broken. You thought Cinderhulk was bad with tanks that are super strong? Try itemizing against true damage, magic damage, and physical damage and see how that works out for you. You did it Riot, you made Gragas RekSai and Sejuani not the 100% top picks.

It also brings back the amazing, Feral v Non-feral junglers, where the feral jungler would farm nonstop until he hit the item, and became relevant. Meanwhile, the nonferal jungler had to snowball every lane enough to the point where when the feral flare hit, they would be ahead enough.

Same principle with devourer. On someone farm heavy, it seems that it takes somewhere between 15-25 minutes to hit sated devourer. Until that point, it tends to be 4v5 PvP, and one person playing PvE.

You can always gank inbetween your clears. The rule should be to farm at least 3 camps before every gank and you apply Map pressure and got your feral flare stacking done about mid game. Not to forget afaik kills also give stacks

True, but usually ganking is less efficient in terms of time, especially for heavy feral junglers. Spending a minute preparing a gank, for a chance at two stacks, or running and grabbing scuttle, or a camp from the enemy jungle. It's not efficient to gank when prepping feral, unless you're guaranteed that the gank will be successful.

just that it isn't feral, you have actually a hard cap so ganking only delays reaching that cap a bit, ad the kill/assist gold makes more than up for that.

tested on yi around 14 mins 30 seconds doing only jungle camps This includes not doing scuttle's and dragon. Trick2g usually hits his with Udyr at 16:30 while ganking and doing dragon

Is this from experience? I've mostly heard people feel it was over hyped. If it's to strong it will get toned down as needed. But it's old from couldn't be strong because of abuse cases like WW.

Another thing to note is that 30 charges is not as easy to get as people want to believe. You'll likely get it mid game. It will have little impact early game.

And TF? Nothing about him suggests you'll be wanting to stand an AA a target. He loads his card, moves in, lands it with a Q and back away. This item wont make that change. Kayle and Yi I can see maybe becoming problems. But I'm missing something on TF. Kayle probably will become OP with her other buffs. On top of already being fine as a jungler. Yi will still be team dependent on anything over silver.

But I haven't dealt with the item yet.

like feral flare, it will be removed.

Getting stacks in jungle just defeats the purpose of a jungler

Jungle camps spawn much slower than when WW was OP. It's easier to manage it

i don't think the stacking mechanism is the probem, it's more the abuse-cases of strong on-hit champs like kayle, shy or Yi. the current stacking changes allow for ganks without loosing to much, maybe a small delay on the transformation, but not permanent loss in damage like for old devourer/feral. It also puts your focus on objectives like scuttler(helps your lanes to be saver vs enemie ganks while you stack) and Dragon. It's nowhere near the old afk-farming...

Getting dragon gives you 5 stacks. Giving your blue over will still give you a stack. Scuttle is 2 stacks. It is very easy for farming champions like Yi or really all the Devourer users. And even if you think the time it takes to stacking makes it balanced. It is a 30 stack devourer which is strong. You also need to play with a tf to realize how strong it is. His E can be procced twice, that with a 2 second stun, 60 magic also procced twice from devourer and possible a bork or wits end in your build you complete SHRED tanks with a point and click stun.

It's possible to finish it early game. But it's not likely. You're not going to get every dragon/crab. If you sit and farm all game your lanes are likely to fall behind their jungle pressure.

Sated is like doing two basic attacks without the extra basic attack damage. TF's cards are consumed once used. If it's double procing then it's bugged.

On average I finish 22 minutes without dragon. Every dragon knows it down 2 minutes

I believe he means for the twisted fate builds involving Runaan's hurricane

with runaans and devourer, the total damage comes to 100% ap every 2 auto attacks provided there are 3 targets to hit or it cuts it to 50% on 3 autos, etc, kinda difficult to figure based on the random amount of targets

but to put it simply, it adds a large amount of burst damage to his auto attacks, something twisted fate actually needs

also, there is a jungling twisted fate somewhere, but personally, I think it's some crazy tactic only the pros would even dare to look at

Still comes into the same problem.

TF isn't about sticking around AA'ing all game. He's about zoning with his cards otherwise you take a hit+Q. Sure you should AA when you get the chance, but he puts a lot of risk into that.

It can work, if you're ahead. But in an even fight, TF wont be sticking around or AA's enough to warrant the gold Investment of Hurricane and Sated, giving up a summoner slot or playing a risky roll for TF.

If you're ahead enough any build can work on anything.
