The Reason Why I Have Trust Issues In League of Legends (RANT POST)
Players who build like this Jarvin IV.
I can't describe the amount of excitement I had when the Thresh player (who originally had Lux, before I rerolled for the Thresh) requested a trade. Finally, after multiple games of going against her, and multiple occasions of having her, and having someone dodge, I finally got to play her. All that excitement went out the window when the J4 player decided (in pre-game chat) that they were going to build AP on him.
"Here we go, again." I thought. So, we get into game and I realize that they are, in fact, building AP. So, here I am, wondering what to do, to save the game. Stick to a full AP build and be the only real damage on the team? Sell all items and build towards being an ADC, so that, in exchange for losing me as a Burst Mage, we have some sort of consistent DPS (given that our Kog'Maw ALSO DECIDED to be AP, rather than the usual AD)? Or build towards a more bruiser-esque AP build so that, I can survive the enemy team, while still having some burst potential?
I really wanted to win this game. Not just because I had Lux (finally), after so long of not getting her, but also because I felt this game was pretty even, as far as ARAM champion comps go. But, as usual, there just had to be a player who wanted nothing more than to be an eyesore and build incorrectly, out of spite[?], I guess.
Players like this J4 (and somewhat the Kog'Maw) are the reason why I've opted to keep my in-game chat disabled.
