Fiora,Fiora and ... Fiora

Pls,she is so oppressive and frustrating to play against at every stage of the game. Just remove unfun and frustrating parts of her kit and maybe buff her in exchange somewhere else.

-Make her true damage into phys damage so she have to buy LW to do absurd damage to you again if u are bruiser or tank.Buff her passive damage in exchange or Q,idk. -Remove stupid AS slow... -Make her vitals harder to hit for her or give them cooldown.

Something of that,not everything of course.

P.S. Almost every high elo top main think that she is freelo and broken atm.
