New Lissandra Passive Idea

Iceborn: Successive spellcasts cause a buildup of ice on Lissandra, increasing her armor/magic resist 3% stacking 3 times. The next spell cast will discharge the ice, costing no mana.

I think this tweak of the current passive will bring a little more depth of play to Lissandra. Currently, her passive is mostly to help with her early game, but really has no use in the lategame. Adding an armor/magic resist buff will give a lategame Lissandra a little more survivability.

What? No... I think you mean:

  • Spells that hit an enemy build a stack of coolness of the enemy. At three stacks, it dissipates, dealing 33% max health true damage, and lissandra's auto attacks deal an extra 10% of the target's max health for the next 10 seconds. Her q got its projectile speed reduced by 10 as compensation. We think this will separate the good lissandra's from the great lissandra's.

Sounds like a good idea since liss is really squishy for a low range mage, and something like this would help.

This honestly isn't that great. It only makes her a bit tankier; I don't know what depth you see in it. I've made my own concept before and seen better ones than this. Also, Meddler even said that they don't want to just give her am extra stat. Nice try though.

So a increasing %armor/MR that would drop off within a second?

Yeah, no. This sounds more lazy than her current passive.
