Seriously, its maxed out at 18 with freaking 86... Even considering her passive, thats a joke...
Comone every other AD Champion, even those who get super steroids from their kit or passive, have at least 100 base AD at 10... Hell even VAYNE! Her passive barely makes up for such horrible base stats... plus you basicly guarantee that as soon as you cant get super fed with her passive (and I am talking about AT LEAST 10 stacks), you are super weak.

Also, while she is in Wolf's zone, Kindreds damage is essentially that of 1.4 champions, with the amount of damage allocated to her auto-attacks.
IcyPepper1 votesWith her W, she can proc TF during the entire duration due to her Q's exact 2 cooldown.
So yeah, she has low base AD, but there are ways to get around it. WIth W, she can proc sheen several times in a low amount of time without needing to build cooldown reduction, getting more bang out of her buck than champions who have to itemize specifically for cdr.
Not that you need to build TF, mind you.

Chuck Charles1 votesif you have actually played against a kindred you will see that her damage is actually quite high within her kit. I witnessed this myself yesterday when I understimated her early game when she came to gank me solo. i tried to just walk away from her and went from 100 to 0 real quick. (not used to an ADC being able to melt me that early) she is strong if she gets those stacks quickly enough and becomes pretty formidable come late game.
she isn't viable in a solo lane because she needs a tiny bit of time to ramp up, but please.....at least play a few games against her before you dismiss her as weak. don't just look at raw numbers.
if anything I feel she is overtuned right now, but I will withhold that judgement until I've played against her more.
