I'm glad I've seen a lot less Yasuo oh my team in the solo que but like everything else it seems situational.
It works a lot better when you don't pick it into Nautilus, that's for sure. Pick him against those dirty ranged top laners like Gnar, Graves, and Lissandra and leave him home against the juggernauts, bruisers, and high damage tanks.
