Can we get an armor version of Mikael's Crucible?

Sometimes the enemy botlaners only brought physical damage and it just feels dumb to buy when over there are just going to chain CC you to death instead. That MR ain't gonna help you survive the damage and you can't cleanse yourself with it. Now I get they can't make the item any better overall for fear of non-supports taking it, but how about a version that's the same only giving armor instead of MR?
