I was looking through some of my game history and there is a lot of accounts that don't have any previous season rank. Why is that? It can't be all new ppl because most of them play good. Is it boosters or smurfs or what is it?

Oh okay? But all of them just hit lvl 30 just when the season starts? Yea, I guess at least some of them could be new

It doesn't if you are below honour 2? I can see it on my profill but I'm not below honour 2 tho^^ Would be suprised if all of these accounts are below lvl 2 tho? But a few could be maybe
Sintama1 votesThey're more than likely smurfs. Your op.gg shows you're in Silver 4. New players don't get to Silver 4 most of the time. It's low ELO, but it's still higher than "new."

Yea, I was thinking that could be the case because as you say, most new people don't start in silver. Is this usually the case that many players start new accounts for the new season just to rank up their smurfs? I don't remember this from last seasons, but maybe I wasn't aware about that. I was just curious because a lot of games is very unbalanced atm and I was thinking if smurfs was a big part of that.

Yeah, it's smurfs. A few days in is when they start to show up. On a side note, plat+ players start the season in Silver/Gold elo, so those of us who are climbing have to get through them. They get completely free wins for the start of the season. Really easy to climb when you're not playing against players of your skill level.

Ah, make sense why games are so chaotic atm then. But gold or silver players starts in bronze or silver then and have different mmr so I would never get matched against plats unless i climbed really fast? Yea, I had like easy games at first, then everything got chaotic Good to hear it's not only me then.
