Fiora's current state is disgusting

I lose lane vs a fiora not because she outplays me with her W but because her fucking W makes me have almost 0 AS early game while she has a AA reset that gives 50% AS, so let me get this straight if you outplay someone with fiora W and proc the stun you can win trades while being one lvl behind ppl, ok seems fair i mean it's hard to do vs some matchups so it's fair, but then you look at the fucking skill and it also gives ppl a slow of 50% for 1,5 secs for both AS and MS when it fails the stun , sooo it's pretty much impossible to do anything to her if you use AA early game?

Fiora laning is pretty much this atm, she Q's you to proc her passive or not wtv, you trade back before she leaves with her stupid MS, she presses W on your face, you stop everything so you don't lose trading dmg to the parry, the parry hit's you, you get a debuff to your MS and AS and she then AA>E->AA and free wins while still having the rng chance to proc a passive that appears on your face, meanwhile you stand there while not doing anything because you just lost 50% AS and MS. Seems fair very balanced.

Last time i played fiora i went 9/1 while doing 2v1 stunning both when orianna ultied me and spamming laugh and then typing in all chat "how fucking dumb is this charc?", sick.
