Legit no point in playing Ekko this patch when Kassadin is like that

Been playing a lot more Kassadin and a lot less Ekko just because there no point in doing it...

Ekko pretty much has the same bad matchups Kassadin has except that Kassadin outscales the shit out of Ekko at all phases of the game atm its hilarious.

The only thing Ekko has over kassadin which was suposed to be Kassadin weakness early is his waveclear that randomly got buffed and now With banshe being a very strong item vs magic damage champions you can get this item second after roa and shit on every mages or battle mages in the game..

Im just hoping they look at Bruiser Magic damage dealers like Galio mid Diana mid and Ekko mid because this patch really hurt them.

Ahri is also a problem but atleast she just has good early lvls good early game good mid game good late and not ok early lvls good early very good mid game and insane late game that kassadin currently does

I personally think that one thing you can do with Ekko that you can't really do with Kassadin (because he has to rush Rod of Ages) is to go Gunblade/Lich Bane on Ekko and then go full tank after that. Call it a theory-craft build but I think it's viable.

I think that Ekko does have one thing over Kassadin late game, and that's the fact that he can have a 150% AP scaling AoE nuke if he uses it at the right time. But otherwise, I agree with you. Kassadin is way more effective than Ekko right now for the amount of skill it takes to play them.
