He spikes on lethality so hard that ADCs are one shot without any counter-play at all.
In addition, why does he have so many free escapes? I have never seen him use his wall-hop aggressively. Combine his ult with wall hops and its a guaranteed "fuck you" to anyone who devotes any resources to catch him.
He was balanced before, but everyone cried and said he was "too weak". Now he's broken lol.

Definitely not liking how his wall hopping seems to encourage him split pushing and running away rather than making aggressive roams. Beyond the frustration of never being able to fight him, it seems contrary to his fantasy to avoid fighting.
