LP Decay for diamond 5 should be a LOT stricter

D5 players don't play ranked more than twice a month and when they play. They play like garbage...

There should be a minimum amount of games played each week for lp decay to happen and if it isn't met you'll get placed in a 5 game placement to KEEP your division and if it isn't played in 1 month you get demoted
