Patch 5.14 Notes
#Patch 5.14 notes ######by Fae and Rito Scaramander
###"Greetings summoners! ###Welcome to Patch 5.14! While not a very large patch, there are very impactful changes to some of the more annoying aspects of the game, and fixing a few of the mistakes that were made this season, as well as more changes to the jungle (because we don't feel like jungling as is enjoyable as we want it to be). This patch will bring an overall more fun atmosphere for the entire League of Legends community, and bring out a larger variety of champions played in every role. Also, these changes will put an end to a lot of those champions that are annoying to play against. But you're not here to read about us rambling about the changes, you just want to see them, so without further ado, let's get into the Patch Notes."
#Champions
##Ezreal
"We understand that a few changes in Patch 5.13 brought AP Ezreal back into the Mid-lane, and completely took him out of Bot-lane. We like where this is going, as it's fun to play as long range poke champions that can kill you faster than you can cast your flash. Who wouldn't like free kills? If you don't want to play against him, just ban him. It's a completely fair complex. Anyway, we feel like these slight tweaks will make sure we don't see Ezreal as a Marksman ever again."

##LeBlanc
"LeBlanc has been seeing a lot of play competitively, and you know we at Rito Games are all about the LC$ Big Play$, so we want to make sure that she'll never leave the meta. This may cause some imbalance in Solo-Queue, so we're compensating by making her Q a skillshot. However, we also understand (from our "mistakes" cough with Veigar) that making her Q a skillshot will make it difficult to play as her, so we're bringing back her silence."

##Riven
"We understand Riven is extremely overpowered right now. We don't intend on changing this, but to compensate, we've nerfed one of the only two champions that stand a chance against Riven. Better nerf Irelia!"
#Items
##Enchantment: Devourer
"Our last changes to the item seem to be working as intended, but we feel it takes too long to stack the item, which can cause junglers to stay inside the jungle, furthermore preventing lanes from getting camped and junglers from getting fed. We don't want this; we want jungling to be fun. So we're reducing the amount of stacks required for your Devourer to be Satiated."
- General
- At
3020 stacks, Ghost Dog merges with the wielder and the Devourer transforms into Sated Devourer.
##Enchantment: Runeglaive
"Last patch, we buffed Runeglaive intending for champions like Diana, Nidalee, and Ekko to be played more, but instead made Ezreal the way he currently is. To make sure champions like the aforementioned get back into play, we'll be increasing the base damage of the item."
- General
- ABILITY POWER 50 ⇒ 80
##Hextech Revolver
"If it wasn't fundamentally obvious with the changes to Runeglaive, we don't pay attention to or care to look into how buffing one item might make another champion overpowered. We've noticed that Marksmans are able to easily wipe the floor with Mages late game if they have a Bloodthirster and Blade of the Ruined King, so we want to increase Spell Vamp items to make sure Mages at least have a chance without having to make fancy outplays."
