Is it possible to get multiple runes of the same name? It would be terrifying to have a passive extra 21% spell vamp for example on a morgana.... (Which would mean upwards of 75% vamp with USEFUL items all the time which is just looney)

However, there are no spell vamp glyphs, marks, or seals, so I believe the most spell vamp you can get from a runepage is 6%.

Yes, you can use 9 of the same Mark/Seal/Glyph and/or 3 of the same Quintessence (you have to buy 9/3 of the runes to use them, but you can do it), and in fact that is considered the normal way to build a rune page.
However, it's probably not a good idea to stack all of one specific type of rune. It can work with specific builds, but it's often stronger to take three or four specific sets of runes that scale together. On most champions, a mix of stats that scale together will usually be stronger than putting all in one stat.

Nekolie1 votesSomething to pay attention to. The runes of each slot give different values for the same type. While attack damage marks (red) might give .95 AD, attack damage glyphs (blue) only give .28 AD, so you wouldn't want to run all AD runes in your glyph slots. You want to factor in the efficiency of the slot for the type of rune. Generally, marks are offense, seals are defense, and glyphs are magic related. Quints are always good.

tl;dr, the best ones that you want are 9x AD marks, 9x Magic Pen marks, 9x armor seals, 9x MR glyphs, 3x AD quints, 3x AP quints.
