@Riot, can you please address the fact that people are climbing with <50% win rates?
This shit actually makes me miss LP throttling. Really sick of people shit-talking me in normal games for being a few divisions higher than me (note: I do placements + ~20 games to get to Gold for end of season rewards) only to look at their Ranked stats after the game to discover that they're Plat V with >1000 games played and a <50% win rate. Back in the day you'd start getting throttled at like ~50% win rate.
Really miss that they (Riot) caved a couple of seasons ago and let people climb based off quantity over quality.
