Camille has a >70% ban rate. At this point her and Katarina should be disabled.

If a champ has a ban rate of 50% or higher in my opinion they need to be disabled. There is no reason for 50% of the people in league to be banning the same champion.

It's not a opinion. Even 40% of the same champion is a horrendous number.. There is something fundamentally wrong with said champ and it needs to be fixed

Wow! What a horrible suggestion! Glad the boards dont call the shots on game design!

That is honestly one of the dumbest suggestion I've seen on this board. Almost as dumb as the idea that you lose stats when building different stats.

Nothing is wrong with Camille, people just need to pull their head out of their ass and realize, oh wait, she's very easy to beat. But then, counterplay isn't something people like -- they want to just build a couple items and ignore their kit.

Camille isn't even strong early game, and only starts to do something 10-15 minutes in -- and even then, you can still beat her.

Hell, if she's nerfed anymore, she wouldn't even be worth playing. Other champs already do her job better and more reliably as is.

As for Kat, kind of the same deal. You avoid her HIGHLY TELEGRAPHED kit, and you're fine. You feed her, and she keeps killing you.

Camille has a ridiculously strong early game, and a very relevant mid to late. She's honestly good in nearly any situation, and has no clear weaknesses. She also has the kit/damage/mobility of an assassin while being extremely tanky.

Her kit's overloaded, and that's the problem, numbers won't change her core issue.

what exactly is overloaded in camille's kit? I think you're just throwing this word around.

she has 4 abiltiies each doing more or less 1 distinct thing. She doesn't have an answer to all situations and pocket passives to trump her possible counters with.

powerful? probably. Over-powered / "overtuned" ? maybe. Overloaded? naa.

Her Q is a two-part AA reseter that deals inceased damage, and on the second part, converts that damage to True Damage, to include damage from items such as Trinity/Iceborn/Titanic

Her W is an AoE sweep that slows targets heavily and provides a fairly large heal for some reason. She is allowed to remain mobile during cast.

Her E, is the equivalent of a 2k range malphite ult (Since it can hit multiple targets), knocks up and stuns, can traverse terrain, and gives her a massive AS boost. It is also on a hilariously low cooldown when compared to other such abilities.

Her ult is a 'fuck this person in particular' ult that has hilariously little counterplay. It can instantly seperate a player from their team, prevent ANY form of escape as even flash does not work, gives her bonus damage towards the ulted target, and while yes, it can go down if she leaves the area, unless you're one of the few champions in League to have a knockback large enough to clear that area, you're not getting out. Oh, and she gets a brief invulnerability period.

Her passive is a massive %HP shield, set at 20% of her maximum health. To put that into comparison, Malphite's passive is a 10% HP shield when his role is a true tank, vs Camille's assassin/fighter nature. With Courage of the Colossus, she gains a 25% HP shield for using her incredibly long-range E.

All in all, Camille is an assassin who, due to the overloaded nature of her kit, can build Trinity into Full Tank and still not lose one bit of effectiveness.

ok, so what do we have here?

2 damage amplifiers tied to her AA. Other champions will have some different damage skills. These don't really increase her ability to out-play opponents, they are just raw power.

1 AOE damage skill with moderate damage and some CC. She can move through it, but the cast is extra-slow. This skill is powerful but it can be outplayed. In a full fight we expect Camille to not use it because the long cast time makes the skill less powerful than her AAs.

In reality this skill is mostly used in lane. Later on the skill is a AOE slow with (relatively) shit damage but the range on it is shit and it is "outplay-able". Nothing spectacular her.

Traversal with high range, low CD and a ministun.

So far she's more or less like a Jax - AA resets, burst damage on skills, ministun, defense steroid, aside from things that we can say are simply power like damage and CDs.

So this leaves her ult which actually does a LOT. The core issue i have with it is that the intended counter-play is "your allies save you". so why does it CC your allies? that's the main issue. Other than that everybody has a mega ult. Jarvan's does a metric ton of damage. Jax's is a huge steroid. Tryndamare is utter bullshit and Riven's it a "u die now" button.

Again, I do not see how Camille is overloaded. She doens't really get to force her counters to not do their thing, aside from her ult pushing allies away. the problems with her are directly tied to how much "stats" she has on her kit, rather than whether she has tools to counter what the other guy is doing.

I.E. the numbers on her are too much, Which is different than being over-loaded.

I really like Camille and think she is very strong actually balanced. I enjoy very much to play her and shit on other players because of her unique theme and play style. Camille is Terribly OP and that's how I like her has some terrible weaknesses people refuse to play against. I think people should learn to deal with my shitting on them and let me have my fun exploit her obvious weaknesses to obscure, boring and un-fun nieche champions easily accessible response patterns, instead of pointing out in public that she is strong (this will cause riot to spoil my fun) QQing and being whiny 12yo'ds.

Ban rate alone means nothing. Darius at one point had a 70 % ban rate... and a 48% win rate.

Riot recognized that the high ban rate meant something, even if it wasn't that the champ was actually overpowered.

I mean I ban her because I don't want her on my team since she always feeds her ass off. I'm happy to fight against her though as I've yet to lose a game.

So yeah... I'm contributing to that ban rate but not because she's OP.

It's just that the majority of people dislike playing against her since the range of her hook dive is large, plus she's so tanky with a lot of true damage. It reminds me of the pre-nerf reworked Fiora except stronger.
