At the moment it feels really underwhelming. It has terrible gold efficiency and it falls off hard late game. I know this is what Riot was going for, but it just feels really mediocre. Will it ever get a love tap? Just a little buff, not a buff that will make everyone buy it, but a necessary one. Only champions I can think of buying this item is Lux and Ahri.

Well one of those is a poker, and the other doesn't really care what she's building as long as it gives her more damage, and Luden's definitely doubles down on that aspect

Meant for like you said, snowballers liek Lux and Ahri as well as the current Katarina, on occasion Kassadin.

The ludens bitchbane rylais combo is quite sickening you run around with 450+ movespeed and your opponent has 250.
