Does anyone ever get an AS item on Pantheon?

Beyond his passive, there is little reason to get AS. But if you're really feeling up to it, build TF on him.

TF will probably work on any AD champion.

why would you? you mainly just jump on people and then use your rotation of spells + hydra on them. If the enemy is not dead by then, a few spears on their back should be more than enough to finish them

No no reason to get as. if you are good at your combo rotations you can keep shields up and absorb auto's
