This one jinx is out damaging everyone on our team and no one can kill her because she is lifestealing way to hard off 
Honestly once a jinx gets red buff shes pretty unstoppable if u have no one on ur team to lock her down if she plays smart and kites really well that is. which really isn't that hard to do on jinx when u have a shit ton of attack speed a red buff slow and a shit ton of range.
so how do you stop that

Well actually BT shield gives at most 350 hp by then most mages can 1 shot an adc even through BT shield. The other options as is to exhaust jinx or build frozen heart randuin's as the tank or support

That's your issue then. It's not about Jinx getting fed, it's about your team not having the right counter to the problem. Meta is king because it helps mitigate situations like this or prevents them from happening.

Rivuo1 votesBloodthirster allows her to 1v1 a lot of champions that she shouldnt be able to because 2.5 attack speed + high scaling = so much lifesteal that any form of sustain damage wont work unless its 2 people +.
The only way to kill a jinx with bloodthirster is to essentially have her ccd while taking damage so she cant lifesteal, or Rengar type burst damage
