Remind Me Why You Can Remake After First Blood?

This is pretty straightforward. Can we talk about the design decision behind allowing remakes even after FB? Just because somebody dies in the first 2 minutes to an invade, and AFK's, there should be no option to Remake. I just went through a normal game (not even a ranked game) where we invaded, killed the support who promptly AFK'd, and then the team remade afterwards. I don't particularly care if the AFK gets an almost guaranteed Leaverbuster penalty, that is just an easily-abused system. I mean, ffs, this was in a normal game...

You can only remake if a player on one team NEVER connects to the game and remains disconnected for the time it takes for remake to be offered. I know because I lost internet one night because my provider was performing maintenance and did not inform me prior. I lost service for hours and right after i connected to a game and bought my first items. My team was unable to remake and I was marked as a leaver.

The system is based on a time limit. If before the time limit (15mins) a player is AFK or DC, that team is given a choice to remake.

This does not mean you can deny them a remake because your team managed to get first blood, it is not your choice to make.

This type of AFK remake is better construed as an agreement by the enemy team that their position is a loss, and that they therefore forfeit the match.
