Still waiting for optional Summoner Voices!
It would be SO MUCH BETTER if we have the ability to buy summoner voices for in game! Change the way they say "Double kill, enemy as been slain, etc..." Anyone else like this idea?

Well, they actually did it for the Butcher's Bridge alt map for ARAM, during the Bilgewater event. Then, nothing at all.

In the meantime, you could use custom voice-packs and LoLVOC.
