Fleet Footwork (2018 rune) VS Warlord's Bloodlust (2016-2017 Mastery) + Fleet Footwork reworks
so the 2018 runes are amazing and great change to the game but i got a problem with Fleet Footwork because it the "new" Warlord's Bloodlust it needs to work on most champions that used to pick it up but NO because it low base scale and low AD/AP scale ** it is the less used keystone between Press the Attack & Lethal Tempo heck the ** "Taste of Blood" runes heals more that Fleet Footwork (at the side of ADC) yes yes ** "Taste of Blood"** got a 20 seconds cooldown but still Fleet Footwork need a change and a big one like you did it with** "press the attack"**
so here is a list of this i want to see Fleet Footwork get and why :
number #1 : use the old stats of Warlord's Bloodlust with few changes like : Moving or attacking makes an attack Energized. Energized attacks heals for 20 + 5% - 40% (based on level) AD/AP and grants 30% movement speed for 1 second. If the Energized attack critically strikes, the healing is increased by 20 +1% AD/AP scale for 7-5% critical strike damage ( normally it will be +28-40% (base on lvl) AD/AP scale because of the 200% damage for crit) Healing is only 40% effective versus minions.
*this change will make the keystone more used for crit use champions like yasuo.
number #2 : making the keystone stand for it name {this mean a full rework} like : passively Gains charges upon moving or attacking.{it is slower by 25-33% then the current "Fleet Footwork" } At 100 charges the next basic attack versus champions expend all charges to restores 25% AD or 35% AP (Adaptive) health, grant 30% bonus movement speed for 1 second and permanently increases your movement speed by 0.5 and life steel by 0.25%.
*this will give this keystone a feel of Grasp of the Undying but for adc's , this also gives more options for champions that need life steel or movement speed.
number #3 [last one] new play-styles and elements : Basic attacks versus champions will restore 10-100 health and grant **Fleet Footwork ** for 5 seconds, or, will reduse the cooldown per target by 1 second. This effect cannot occur on the same target more than once every 10 seconds.
**Fleet Footwork - ** gain 20-60 movement speed(base on lvl) ,5-15% life steel (base on lvl) and basic attack don't stop your movement instead they will slow you by 33% of you base movement-speed few briefly time .
*this is the crezy idea but it can work it help you chase or run for enemies and make the adc butter of on his own.
