You know with the upcoming mage rework I'm just going to rush Frozen Heart vs AD laners.

With mana and mana regen nerfed across the board, Frozen Heart now gives the same amount of mana as Rod of Ages, Morellonomicon and all the other major AP items with the exception of Seraph's Embrace, also gives way more armor (double!!) than Zhonya's Hourglass, AS reduction and 20% CDR which is a nice offensive stat for mages. This is how fucked up you've made these changes (see nerfs) to mana/mana regen Riot.
