Could ARAM just auto win at champ select for 90% of them?

It seems like it favorably picks comps to do the same, so just waste less time. Give everyone like 10 minute IP for it. Enough games of 'rag tag melee team' vs the 'has heavy CC on 5 second cooldown and tanks and dps and poke' definitely shows.
