Do we really have to wait 20 minutes to FF? Let's keep in mind that the 1st vote always fails. This game is snowbally AF. Please lower FF time to 15 minutes. That feeling when their mid is 5-0 and yours rage quits at 10 minutes and you still have to wait 10 minutes to surrender.

I'd be happy if we have the remake option extended - with an actual popup for the remake - not just one in chat.
So that one joker on the team who say that "my buddy will be back, please don't report" who makes the team wait for the guy who never actually returns can actually realize he was quite wrong.

Like you say, at 15 minutes, perhaps, if one team is drastically ahead of the other (gold, towers, however they wanna tally it), let the losing team vote early.
Likewise, if someone is dcd or keeps dcing and rcing, again, let people vote early.

BlueBilberry1 votesMixed feelings about this. There's always some turkey who I've been seeing in normals (even in ranked) who spams the surrender option, even when the teams are even or even your side is ahead...usually because he queued up when he really shouldn't have because it's:
Drop it to 15 and we'll get more premature spams of those quit votes (which should be reportable). On the other hand, I've been in games where two nitwits (oddly enough not in botlane -- usually a jungle and a top who has one of those gawdawful champs "which-must-snowball-so-I-need-a-gank-right-now-where-is-that-worst-jungler-ever-report-him-stfu") who have started throwing the game within the first 8 minutes. The 8 minute mark (closely followed by the 12 minute mark) seems to be the measure of how dumb/greedy/naricissistic/trollish a team can be and how it gets them and the rest of the team into trouble.
