PSA to Ryze players: Ryze Ult can freeze some teammates' games for a second
This is a bug a few of my friends have noticed. It's not local to my PC, but also others I know up in Massachusetts (I'm from Georgia), California, Texas, etc.
The ult seems to cause small issue when not inside it, but when a Ryze flies up to an enemy and decides to take their teammates' fates into their own hands, it can cause them to be unable to do anything for a second as their screen freezes. I'm not sure but I think this has to do with the screen effects during Ryze ults.
Bugs aside, please... please... coordinate with your team before you try some ballsy teleport play. :(
