Teemo should not be banned in One for All.
Complete BS one for all champs that are basically free wins (blitz, brand, kennen) are still allowed, but an easily beaten champion like Teemo isn't? Why rito?

I agree, I think it'd be kind of funny with all the mushrooms.
Teemo in One For All has 3 levels of annihilation, then Level 9 comes along and you no longer have a Passive or Ultimate.
You try facing One For All Teemo, walking through field of mushrooms and then suddenly 5 Teemos appear to Q you. Although now that I think about it, that would be pretty hilarious.
Honestly it wouldn't be as cancer as 5 Illaois or 5 Zileans.
because the map becomes filled with 50+ mushrooms making the match completely miserable.
is not an acceptable answer. 76-60 cooldown wont help much
