Yet, IP gains and Costs remain the same..... How is the XP reduction useful if IP gains and costs remain the same? All this is going to do is make it so smurfs and new players can enter ranked faster. How is this helpful when they will just focus on getting the required number of champs for ranked and not getting their rune pages in order...? Ip gains need to be increased OR rune prices need to be decreased. Not to mention 1 and 2 runes are COMPLETELY USELESS. Tier 3 runes cost too much, extra rune pages cost too much. I smell some scamming shit here rito.. plz fix rito.....

smurfs can go into ranked w/o the most efficient runes and it wont matter lol

Since IP gains are still the same, people will hit 30 before they have the required number of champions to enter ranked, so they will still be at the same skill level as they are now, but this time they will have had more level 30 play experience.
