Everyone knows that rammus is the fastest thing on the rift, reaching a max of about 28k MS. The real question is, does Rek'Sai beat that under optimal conditions with her ult? I know that the MS isn't actually shown in game, but I know that you nerds can calculate that stuff. Please, tell me if my main is still king at something, after the new jungle kicked him in the nuts so hard.

iirc rek sai's ult takes a full 1 second to get anywhere regardless of distance

EDIT: holy mother of bawls that would scare me if I saw that in game o-o (not likely to see it in game given the comp needed to make it work... but I'd be scared none-the-less.)
