Do remember that it hits his lategame more than it does his early-mid.

on a champion that is supposed to be a hypercarry that's currently more of a lane bully than anything else....

if anything, you should take a fairly large chunk out of his early game and add a bit to his lategame, not nerf it all around.

Simply moving his attack speed back to Q and then waiting to see what happens would be the most sane thing to do right now.

But Riot has this habit of running full steam ahead when they over-buff and instead of reverting a bad change they adjust other things around it.

The could decrease his base AS at level 1 and increase his scaling.
