Everyone is always saying how broken Annie is but I think the only slight nerf she needs is to not have her stun up forever smilar to a Yasuo Q. She can't just always be safe because she can hold that stun up forever. It would just be a small quality of life change that would make playing against her a bit easier. I really hate when I'm trying to prevent her from getting fed and she has that stun forever and is just zoning me from cs because she can hold it forever. When Yasuo has his Q you just back off for a bit.

The reason they won't add this change is because they've intentionally made her auto-attacks nearly impossible to CS with. This means if she's zoning you by holding onto the stun, she's going to miss a fair amount of CS as well.

She's not like Yasuo who builds AD and has an easier time last-hitting. If an Annie player has put enough time and effort into mastering her god awful auto-attack animations to the point where she can successfully CS with them alone, then she DESERVES to zone you.

Also, if she's pushed up far enough to zone you off with Q, that means she's in front of her minion wave. Most champions who will be matched against her have some form of skillshot that can be used to poke her while she's doing this. She's also very vulnerable to a gank.

There are easy ways to play around her stun. You just have to know how. She's a very predictable champion, who actually takes skill to use when put against champions who can outplay her super easily.

Renewing an unhealthy mechanic with a better one, that fits the theme more, like Azir got before his nerfs hit him.

Making her spam e or be basically a weaker morde for 8 seconds when her stun falls off is not healthy.

Just push her in, her autos are from a bygone era of trash.

I think either Tibbers or her Q damage needs to go down. There's a problem if I'm a fed assassin and a 1/10 Annie still has the potential to destroy me (alone) just because her ult's up. If you don't out-range her, you lose. For the rest of the roster, she needs more counter-play options apart from outmatching her in stats. Combined with her utility, she is impossible to shut down because of this.
