tahm kench feels way too strong

This may only be 1 game, but I feel like tahm should never be able to dish out this much damage with zero damage items and defensive runes and masteries.
the game was almost 50 minutess long, but adc's and apc's often don't do this much damage in 50 minute games and certainly can't take 100K+ damage. These stats just seem wrong.
