Katarina and Leblanc are ridiculous if they get a small gold lead they can constantly go to bot lane and assassinate them. No other assasin in the game can do this without repercussions. Just had a game where a kat could build 20 stacks of soul stealer and sword of the occult from a few kills of our mid. You gutted talon, Riven, kassadin, you heavily monitored master yi and zed. But leblanc got slap on the wrist and katarina well has been left unchecked for how many seasons now? There is no counter play to a champ that can put out so much burst damage when the rest of the champs hp and resists are too low from levels and cc is non existent.

You're seriously complaining about an assassin that already got nerfed, and another assassin who is completely ult reliant because the rest of her abilities are meh?

the problem is that neither of them has any cc to engage. (leblanc has her e but..) Katarina relies alot on her team, and if a teamfight breaks out, she can easily jump and ult, and that's what's making kat so strong. Leblanc has high single burst damage output and can assasinate each target one after one, yet she usually have to put herself in meele range and after the silence remove, she kinda becomes quite useless at late game.

If you want someone with counterplay against kat, pick kassadin. He's strong, very mobile, and can deal tons of sustain damage. He has basically more resistance against kat then she has to him and he can always interrupt her ult, making her vurnable and a easy target to burst down.

Leblanc has high mobility and alot of escapes, so keep sure to keep a eye on her W mark on the ground, because she can always go back to that position to make the chase a waste of time. Like the most assasins, she's very vurnable against cc, so keep sure to stun her. It's dumb from me, but after the silence remove I'm usually playing more passive against Annie players, because they can stun me and set up a stun..

I kind of like Morgana for dealing with them. She has a strong shield against magic damage, high HP for a mage, and has higher potential single target damage than Kat or LB in both base and AP scaling (depends on Tormented Soil's multiplier for health missing).

Kat has a total single target damage from four abilities of 1315 base damage and 375% AP scaling (plus random unused AD scalings).

LB has a total single target damage from four abilities of 1435 base damage and 370% AP scaling presuming she uses Q-R or E-R.

Morgana has a total single target damage from three abilities of 1300 to 1500 base damage and 340% to 395% AP scaling depending on Tormented Soil and assuming all 10 ticks of damage from it.
