Are these Irelia plays Humans ? (Macros suspiscious)

Can we talk about Irelia and how she is stupid ? I mean, look at these videos :

On this one for example, some plays look like normal and possible to do, and some look like impossible to do and you need to use some tools like macros or upgraded mouse.

Especially at 2:18 ( look at how fast he can dash trought minions, it's not human for me) ; at 5:00 (so fast again), at 5:20 ; at 7;00 (the most obvious one, look at the minions dashing, i don't believe it's possible to do that without technologies.

It's bad because a champion shouldn't depend of high reflex and macros like that. I dont see Riven or Fiora be like that. Irelia is cancerr because of this. How can you balance a champ like this ? People like me who dont use macros and play like humans and not robots can't do these plays. But people who use macros and abuse of technologies and good reflex will make her look op.

Look at that 7:00 play again, after she killed the whole team, she dash trought minion at supersonic speed, how do you want that i do that in a game ? I'm a human, not a robot. I hope you don't balance Irelia on players who plays her with macros and everything because you can't balance on that. If you nerf and nerf her because of this people, then the normal players who don't use macros and stuff like that will be bad on her. She will be only viable on people who "cheats" and dash at supersonic speed. A champ is not only for pros players.

I'm okay with reflex part of the game and important but on Irelia, they are too much important. They do the entire champ ! A good Irelia, is an Irelia that can dash so fast like this and place aa. A bad one is the one that can't dash as fast and get limited because of it.

I think you should restrict Irelia dashing power and up her W.
