Since he's somewhat barely passable with the revive in a duel, this could give him some consistency. It IS a situational revive, so it feels kind of bad to not be able to lean on it when you met the condition

Unfortunately this could also make his feast or famine problem worse.

so this is just a thought.

my preferred change is probably what's on PBE + change W damage ratio to total AD from bonus AD so his passive base ad bonus actually does something

Champions with in built revive mechanics like that have much longer cooldowns on then and give the enemy the possibility of denying it.

Think Zac and Anivia.

It's really not that situational, because as long as you're in combat with an enemy champion, Blood Well refreshes.
