Can someone please explain why the damage seems to be crawling further up the ladder? You'd expect them to listen to the massive backlash , regarding absurd amounts of damage.

It hits his waveclear......which is a pretty big deal for a roamer. I totally agree the return W damage doesn't do anything for his absurdly easy kill potential right now. It's so frustrating because it's a fun and rather unique skillshot but no one even bothers trying to land it because it deals little damage....

Being forced to buy Tiamat to waveclear effectively is a bit lame imo, also again for killing champions this is the one thing most avoidable, the fact that he doesn't even need to land it anymore is problematic to say the least.

I can tell you right now, that out of all my friends from all different ranks, I am the only one who goes to forums, but all of us but 1, that is 49/50, think that damage is a fundamental problem that is only getting worse with each patch.
