Can you make it so Nasus' ult gives health when you activate it

I don't mean like it does,I mean remove that window where he doesn't get it after you use Fury of the Sands,if you have instant cast you should get the health instantly that window makes it easy for champs like Nidalee with % health attacks to drop you after you use it putting it on cooldown but before it give you what would have saved you I have had this get me killed 3 times in one game and arguably lost me the game because it didn't give me the health but it put it on the 2 minute cooldown if i had got it i could have survived and even killed her because she dived but because it didn't and Nidalee has instant burst it got me killed and lost me everything. yes you could say I should have done it sooner but if i did and she didn't dive me it would have been a waste. Even she couldn't understand why she was getting me because she could see me use it and even grow but never give me the health to survive.
