So, Riot I loved that while Urgot is still in the line for a rework, you gave a him a small buff. Could you please do the same with Taric?Make his stun a bit faster maybe ? I dunno, but even a small buff will leave me happy, until the rework comes

That doesn't mean he's good. That just means the people who actually know how to use him are. You also have to look at pick+ban rates. If the only 7 people playing taric are taric mains and are god tier with him, of course the Win Rate will be high.
