19 LP loss because i got disconnected during Champion Select

Can anyone tell me how is this fair, If i intentionally dodged i would've gotten a 3LP penalty, If i lost the game i would've lost like 13-15LP, I lose 19LP because my internet first time in a month decided to break down for like 5 minutes. Why cant you cancel the game if i am disconnected in Champ Select or even better why punish me with 19LP, When everyone gets a remake?

Probably was at the end of the champ select so the game started then your team remade the game.
