Towers went from being weak to being completely useless, Especially Top lane

I am noticing a huge influx of divers now and abusing match ups is even easier, Once you reach level 6 you can dive a full HP enemy and get out with like half of your HP. Not a person that plays top lane a lot, But i am pretty sure TOP laners have noticed this too
