So is Riot still planning to just mindlessly buff her AD ratio hoping the pro-players would change their mind, or are they going to start counter-acting her tank builds in a way similar being done to Tank Ekko?

LankPants2 votesI don't think glasscannon's ever been the goal for Rek'sai, I think it's more getting her into an Irelia/Lee Sin sort of space where she goes 1-2 offensive items then starts building into defence.

The main reason she was picked so much was her basically free Teleport allowing her to base and get back to farming the jungle at early levels and setting up team fights late. With her ultimate now completely different I thought she would have no reason to be picked in pro scenes.
I guess Tremorsense is that powerful.

Meep Man1 votesHonestly, who is surprised? Her early base damages are insane, but her scaling is awful. Plus, Rek'sai needs to stay alive in a fight to do damage, and yet she has no innate defensive cool down to allow her to do such.
Sire Hippington1 votesYes she's still ging tank, and yes, buffing her AD ratios will not change that. However, going the ekko way and nerfing her utillity ontop of base damage while boosting her ratios will just cause her to be totally useless. The way her kit works, she desperately needs tankiness to funktion past the early game. Her damage is very delayed, her gapcloseing is very telegraphed, her mobillity in fight is very limited, and she needs to get right into the middle of a team to get things done, if she's not tanky, she just gets popped befor doing anything. If they want her to built agressive, then she needs ALOT more base survivabillity, else she'll never go more agressive than BC+Titanic or maybe a wariors into hextrinker into tank if snowballing early.
