@Riot, Brand changes are... disappointing.

You said you lowered his ability to eliminate single targets but from what I personally see, his ability to do so has become even easier thanks to the new stacking passive being added to basically unchanged kit. You also promised to remove the luck factor in the way Brand delivers damage (basically Pyroclasm's bounce mechanic is the main issue here) and have a look at his Q and E - E in particular because it is the spell which Blaze bonus you can sacrifice all day long, it's useless outside waveclear purposes, and a super-boring ability as well - but leave W alone

What happened eventually instead is that Brand's idea as a combo mage was what is seems like totally scrapped. Every basic ability remains the same. You only added more damage from passive, a little amount of CC on his ult... thus making Brand a one-spell-rotation teamfight mage. Which is absolutely NOT what Brand was supposed to become.

These changes were supposed to make Brand more of a combo mage than he is now, to add more possibilities for comboing and stacking abilities,which they didn't. E Q W combo is still the only one most profitable to use. And you know, putting BASICALLY THE SAME CC RYLAI'S PROVIDES but just a little bit earlier in the game on Brand's ultimate doesn't remove it's luck factor. At all. Brand's reliance on buying Rylai's for CC is still there. Slow on ultimate doesn't change anything much.

Adding more damage output but keeping champion's problems the same is not a way to actually "change" a champion. IMHO you at Riot got super - lazy with Brand.

Still, let's wait for the numbers to show up until I can finally judge, but looking at the current changes preview, I am heavily dissapointed
